Make provincial rebates/funding available for rehabilitation-focussed energy upgrades. Storm windows and weather stripping achieve the same energy performance as replacement vinyl or metal windows.

On February 27 ACO delegates from across Ontario will be meeting with MPP's to discuss ways to improve conservation of Ontario's built environmental and cultural resources.
