ACO Toronto with ACO Associate Member, Harbord Village Residents’ Association, advocated, at the OMB for conservation of fore part of the Hotel Waverly with the Silver Dollar Room, reduction in height of proposed 22-storey residential tower. Silver Dollar Room tol be rebuilt externally, restored internally with sign reinstalled. Residential tower will be 15-storeys rather than 22. 2020, demolition of both buildings complete; rebuild approaching completion.
